Fields marked with an asterisk are required to understand and answer the enquiry. If they are not provided, the form cannot be submitted. Phone and market are optional. SkyBand does not use the contact form to subscribe visitors to marketing communications.
5. Recipients and service providers
Data is accessible only to authorized SkyBand personnel who need it for the stated purposes and to service providers acting under appropriate obligations, including IONOS for website hosting and email transport. Data may also be disclosed where required by law, a competent authority or the protection of legal rights. SkyBand does not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
SkyBand does not intentionally transfer contact-form data outside the European Economic Area through the website’s current operation. If a future provider involves an international transfer, SkyBand will use a lawful transfer mechanism and update this policy. Following an external LinkedIn link is governed independently by LinkedIn’s privacy information.
